Parties.
Our terms and Conditions for an exclusive party booking...
Please arrive no earlier than your party start time...
Unless you are catering yourself and then you can gain entry 15 mins early to set up but you must be cleared away within the allocated party time. This is to ensure we have sufficient time to sanitise the venue fully before the next party commences.
Supply own birthday cake
Please supply your own birthday cake.
No food/drink brought into the premises (except birthday cake)...
Unless you are providing food for a Venue only party, there must be no food/drink brought into the play gym. All drinks for adults must be bought and consumed on the premises. Free unlimited water and cordial will be available for all children.
Decorations
If you wish to supply your own decorations (party poppers/weighted balloons/banners) please discuss with us. Due to a recently upgraded fire and smoke detection system, we are unable to allow the use of indoor fireworks, sparklers and anything that may emit smoke to trigger the alarm.
Maximum 30 children
The maximum capacity for children is 30. Any siblings attending but not invited to the party, are welcome but should be included in the maximum capacity of 30 children allowed.
Securing your payment
Once the non refundable deposit payment is made, the remaining balance is due in full, no later than 3 working days before your party. If you select a catered party, no refund will be given for any reduction in confirmed numbers of guests once payment is made.
Adults are responsible for supervision of children...
Adults remain responsible for the supervision of the children at all times. Sufficient adults should remain within the party to ensure adequate responsibility and supervision of the children.
Sanitising stations throughout
A contactless hand sanitiser pod is positioned next to the entrance and must be applied on entry. There are other sanitising stations positioned throughout the venue for use.
Socks must be worn
Socks must be worn at all times by adults and children. If you or your child aren’t wearing any, please bring some with you. We do have some to purchase for your use, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
Report any accident
Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of reoccurrence.
First Aiders
A first aider is on site and prepared to assist if required.
Toilet visits
No unaccompanied children to the toilets at anytime. This means that no staff will accompany/escort children to the toilet - that is the parent/guardian's responsibility.
Party not able to go ahead?
If WE are unable to host your party, for whatever reason, we will notify you as soon as able and either agree a mutually acceptable rearranged date & time or issue a credit note to be used within 12 months for the value of any payments paid. No refunds or compensation will be payable
If YOU are unable to go ahead with your party, please notify us as soon as able and we will endeavour to rearrange to another date/time within 14 days only of your original party date. No refunds, credit notes or compensation will be issued.
