This privacy policy applies to you, the user of our services and Jackaboos Ltd who is the owner and provider of those services.

Data: collectively all information that you submit to Jackaboos Ltd via our Childrens’ Indoor Playgym and Party Venue and our Website. This definition incorporates, where applicable, the definitions provided in the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations;

Services: we are providers of an indoor playgym and party venue in which to host childrens parties and allow customers to pay to enter and play on our facilities

User or you: any third party that accesses the services and is not either employed by Jackaboos Ltd and acting in the course of their employment or engaged as a consultant providing services to Jackaboos Ltd and accessing the provision of such services.

This privacy policy applies only to the actions of Jackaboos and Users with respect to the services provided by us. It does not extend to any other services or websites that can be accessed from this website including but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

In general terms, we may collect the following data, which may include personal data, from you:

  • Name
    • Contact Information such as – postal address, contact telephone number, birthday child name, birthday child age

: Credit and debit card details. ;However please note that all payments will be processed through our trusted service partners and Jackaboos Ltd will only retain these details within the merchant compliance procedure (certified).

In terms of our website, we may collect the following:

    • operating system & referral source
    • length of visit
    • page views & website navigation paths
    • And any other information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use

Jackaboos ltd has a legitimate interest to process your personal data in order to fulfill the following:

Retention Policy

However, the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 6 years after which time it will be deleted from our systems or destroyed.

In order to make certain services available to you, we may need to share your personal data with some of our service partners. These include IT, delivery, marketing or professional service providers.

Jackaboos only allows its service partners to handle your personal data when we have confirmed that they apply appropriate data protection and security controls. We may also impose contractual obligations on service providers relating to data protection and security, which mean they can only use your data to provide services to Jackaboos  and to you, and for no other purposes.

All financial transactions relating to our services (incl website if applicable) are handled by our payment services providers, Global payments and Adeco. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Your data will be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All payment service providers adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our playgym and it’s service providers.

We may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person. We may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure

Jackaboos will not disclose your personal data to any third party, except as set out above We will never sell or rent our customer data to other organisations for marketing purposes.
