Play Sessions.

Please ensure you have a booking confirmation email.

Please arrive no earlier than your booked play session and ensure you vacate by the end of the planned session.

A booking is a table for you and your guests.

For bookings with 3 or more children we may require a part payment in advance to confirm the booking.

No food/drink brought into the play centre (food available to purchase from the cafe).

Adults remain responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.

Hand sanitiser must be applied on entry into the building

Socks should be worn at all times by adults and children.

No unaccompanied children at the counter or toilets at anytime.

We reserve the right to cancel planned play sessions and will contact using the contact details entered on the booking form.

Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of reoccurrence. A first aider is always on site and prepared to assist.
